I have my doubts if Dez Bryant will return to his days of glory of 2012, 2013 and 2014 seasons. Doing those 3 years Dez average 90 plus receptions, 1300 yards receiving and 14 touchdowns. The last 2 years he has been a shell of his former self. He has battled a variety of injuries for the last
two seasons. However, he is reportedly injury free and ready for the 2017 season.
Dez currently has an ADP of WR9 and is being taken in the top 20 in season-long drafts. I don’t understand it. It is solely based on past reputation. According to the data compiled and analyzed by Scott Barrett, Bryant does not perform as well when facing top 25 corners.
Check out the analysis of Scott Barrett over a Pro Football Focus.
